Gasket/Seal Kit, Fuel Injector Maintenance, 90~92.  This kit contains the minimum recommended replacement gaskets & seals necessary for fuel injector maintenance and/or replacement.  O-ring seals included in this kit are VITON-A material.  

Save $'s.  If you are replacing your injectors with "FIC" Injectors purchased from us or directly from "FIC", use the list below and order each item separately, EXCEPT FOR PN 17112222-24V.  "FIC" includes this o-ring seal with the injectors.

If the o-ring seals in the fuel pipes for the fuel pressure regulator & fuel rails have not been replaced, we highly recommend also purchasing PN 14104675-9V and installing while the fuel rail assy is removed.  Original o-ring seals are now 20 years old and no longer posess the same sealing properties as when new an especially important consideration in fuel systems.    

Note: Please review the following o-ring seal material compatibility information.  You should choose the material you deem best for the fuel being used in your application.  Most modern fuels available to the general public today contain ethylene alcohol in various amounts ranging from 5% to 85%. 

VITON-A is more expensive and is typically ranked #2 on a scale of 1 to 4 (Best Choice) for fluid compatibility with hydrocarbon gasoline blends, E10 (10% fuel ethanol) - E85 (85% fuel ethanol).

BUNA-N (Nitrile) is the least expensive and is typically ranked #1 on a scale of 1 to 4 (Best Choice) for fluid compatibility with 100% gasoline and ranked #3 with hydrocarbon gasoline blends, E10 (10% fuel ethanol) - E85 (85% fuel ethanol). Please refer to PN 11119092-B for this same kit with BUNA-N o-ring seals.
