Clutch Pressure Plate, Replacement for 90~95 ZR-1 LT5/LT1/L98.

NOTE: NEW, (China manufacture) Clutch Pressure Plate.  This is the original equipment aftermarket unit for L98 or LT1 engines, 11" dia, having 9,400N (2113 lb) clamp force.

After the "taller" ZR-1/LT5 Valeo pressure plate inventory was exhausted, the  L98 & LT1 unit was sold as the correct replacement for the ZR-1 until 2005 when Valeo ceased production. Having less clamp force than the original ZR-1/LT5 this unit requires the shorter L98 & LT1 pressure plate bolts for installation.   See you local Chevrolet dealer for bolts (6 required)

The "shorter" hat/lesser clamping force pressure plates were sold for a number of years and used successfully in ZR-1's without issue under normal driving conditions.

Acquired as part of a larger lot purchase of LT5 parts.  We do not normally stock this item and are discounting it significantly.  Accordingly, there is no return on this item.
