Stud Set, Crankshaft Main Bearing, Lower Crankcase, for 90~92 ZR-1, 375Hp LT5. Sold as a set only.  Developed by Pepmeier Engine Development.  Specifications as follows;

• Aerospace grade steel, 5S99G
• Tensile strength ~190,000 psi
• Yield strength ~180,000 psi
• Imported from the UK
• Includes 12-pt nuts and washers
• Will not interfere with the windage tray.

Using either oil or ARP ultra torque on the threads and washers, tighten to:

• M10: 52 ft-lbs (in two steps)
• M12: 80 ft-lbs (in three steps)

At the recommended torque levels, the studs will be at approximately 75% of the yield strength. Perform several(3-5) torque cycles to burnish the threads and stabilize the friction value.

Note: the fine threads on the nut end of the studs are not the same pitch as the OEM fasteners. DO NOT use the same torque-angle specification as the stock bolts, will result in under torqued studs.
