Rebuilt Tensioner, Serpentine Drive Belt, for 90~95 ZR-1 LT5. One (1) Serpentine Belt Tensioner is required per engine.

NOTE: New ZR-1 specific Serpentine Belt Tensioners have become extinct, and donor tensioners have become difficult to acquire.

PROCEDURE (U.S. Only, No International):

1. Complete the order for this item.
2. Customer ships defective Serpentine Belt Tensioner core to Jerrys Gaskets.

3. Upon receipt of Customer's Serpentine Belt Tensioner core, Jerrys Gaskets will inspect core for exchange.
    A. If the Customer Core IS acceptable for rebuild, Jerrys Gaskets will ship an exchange/rebuilt tensioner to Customer.

    B. If the Customer Core IS NOT acceptable for rebuild, payment will be refunded, less shipping charge, & returned to Customer.

This procedure has been implemented due to lack of cores necessary to maintain this service to our customers.

Item is rebuilt from original Dayco or ACDelco parts and includes a new pulley. 

Estimated turnaround time is 1 business day from the time we receive your Serpentine Belt Tensioner.

PROCEDURE (International):

1. Complete the order for this item, along with any other items.
2. Customer ships defective Serpentine Belt Tensioner core to Jerrys Gaskets, Other items ordered are held until core is       received from Customer.

3. Upon receipt of Customer's Serpentine Belt Tensioner core, Jerrys Gaskets will inspect core for exchange.

A. If the Customer Core IS acceptable for rebuild, Jerrys Gaskets will ship an exchange/rebuilt tensioner to Customer, along with all other items ordered.

B. If the Customer Core IS NOT acceptable for rebuild, payment for the tensioner only, will be refunded, & returned to Customer along with all other items ordered.
