LIMITED WARRANTY

important: These current policies supersede any and all prior policies that may be found in older published material including but not limited to, marketing materials and email promotions.

Jerrys Gaskets will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by delays, failure, or any consequential damage arising from any cause whatsoever, nor for labor, transportation, or any other charges incurred in the replacement or repair of a defective item.  

Many of the products offered by Jerrys Gaskets are described as "GM" (General Motors), "NOS" (New Original Stock), "OEM" (Original Equipment Manufacturer), for both new and used condition. Items denoted as such were originally manufactured prior to 1995 and may have been stored without proper preservation or climate controlled environment.  As such, Jerrys Gaskets is able to ascertain condition of only the items exterior, but not the condition of internal components or functionality.  Such items are sold "as-is' with no warranty, expressed or implied. Examples of some such items, but not limited to, are cylinder heads, replacement "crate engines," oil pumps, oil filter adapters, electronic components. 

Jerrys Gaskets will not be responsible for damages incurred on returns due to insufficient packaging or improper handling by shipper.

There are no expressed warranties or implied warranties including, but not limited to merchantability, performance and fitness for a particular purpose.  There is no warranty for any item that was not installed with accepted installation procedures or that has been altered in any manner.

Jerrys Gaskets strives to insure accuracy in its products description, but is not responsible for errors.  All prices, part numbers. policies and terms are subject to change without notice.

 SHIPPING

        We can and do ship to virtually any nation in the world. Note that there may be restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.

       When you place an order, you can estimate shipping right from the store, based on the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider/method you choose, shipping date estimates may also appear on the shipping quotes page.  Shipping options are UPS AND USPS only, we reserve the right to ship certain items by UPS Regular Ground for US continental domestic orders.  This will apply mainly to unusually heavy or awkward sizes that are outside of our normal scope of packaging.  Cost is comparable.

       Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight & dimension based. The approximate shipping weight of most items can be found on its detail page. Dimensions of individual parts are approximate and as most orders are comprised of a few to many products, the end result can and will vary. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.  

       Our preferred method of shipping is USPS Priority and USPS Priority Express for US domestic orders only.  

       NOTE to International Customers: Effective 05Jul2021, Jerrys Gaskets has added UPS Worldwide Express Air shipping for international orders. Use only UPS for international orders.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT select USPS Priority or USPS Priority Express as the shipping method for international orders.  The service is very poor with very long delays.  If you choose this option, Jerrys Gaskets is not responsible for delay or loss of your order and your payment will not be refunded.  

RETURNS

Electrical Parts Return: 

     Sorry, no returns unless DOA.  Simply return the DOA part to us in the original box or container and we will replace it free of charge. We'll also pay the return shipping costs.

"Changed your Mind" Return:

     Necessitated by the abuse of our obsolete lenient policy, we have been regrettably forced to change. Returns will now incur a 30% restocking fee.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.  Return approval must be obtained prior to shipping back to Jerrys Gaskets and must be unused, in unopened packaging. Call, email or text for approval.

 "Our Mistakes":

       If we failed to fill your order properly (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), you may return most new, unused, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs.

      For domestic customers, you should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).  For international customers, allow additional time. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 By placing an order with Jerrys Gaskets, customer agrees with and accepts the terms & conditions specified herein.
