Cylinder Head SET, LH & RH, Complete, for 1991~2 ZR-1 LT5.  RECONDITIONED, numbers matching cam covers.  Note: Will also fit 1990 Models without modification,

This set of cylinder heads has been modified as follows;

• Deleted Secondary Port Throttle System and 
• Ported intake. Primary ports approximately 35mm, Secondary ports approximately 37mm.  Measurements were taken at the port inlet only.  Port work has been performed over the entire length of the ports.  Flow rates are not available.

Each cylinder head includes the following:

• Jerrys Gaskets PN 10135851, Seal, Cam Cover Bolt, 24pcs
• Jerrys Gaskets PN 10110931, Plug 40mm, Cam RR Brng Hole, 4pcs
• 24 Used, original, 8mm Torx Cam Cover Bolts
•   3 Used, original, 6mm Torx Cam Cover Bolts
•   1 Jerrys Gaskets PN 10135879 Cam Cover PCV Vent Filter

 Reconditioning:

• Cleaning
• Inspection
• Check flatness, mill cut to true as required
• Verify all oil passages are clear
• Inspect valve seats, replace as required
• Inspect valves, replace as required
• Inspect valve springs, height & pressure, replace as required to meet original specs
• Inspect spring retainers, keys & spreing seats, replace as required
• Inspect valve guides for wear, replace as required with new, OEM guides
• 1990 Cylinder heads receive new exhaust valve guides for valve stem seals
• Install new Jerrys Gaskets PN 10067412 Valve Stem Seals
• Inspect all threads for cam covers & exhaust manifolds, chase or repair with heli-coil
• Inspect cam journal bearing surfaces for servicability
• Perform multi-angle valve job
• Check final valve stem height for lifter compression of 0.060"  at cam base circle
• If disassembled, Secondary Port Throttle Valves reassembled w/Loctite 262 on valve screws
• Install new Cam Cover PCV Vent Filter
